DEPLOYMENT DESIGN and SCHEDULING

Our project team will design a deployment plan taking into consideration all of the fleet metrics required to determine the installation methodology given the type and volume of equipment to be installed.

SCOPE OF WORK DESIGN

All customer fleet data is compiled into a unique Statement of Work including deployment plan.

FLEET DATA MANAGEMENT

Upon receipt of the client’s specific fleet details, MOBILE develops a live tracking log providing clients with detailed vehicle installation information with real time updates.

FLEET DATA REPORTING

We use mapping and analytic tools to design an effective installation deployment plan providing customers a dashboard interface tracking real time project completion data metrics.

INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

When necessary, we can provide equipment inventory management and nationwide distribution to our field technicians.

TRAINING AND IMPLEMENTATION

Through a customized pilot program with your mobile assets, we train our lead technicians and develop vehicle specific installation plans based upon your unique fleet composition.

ON-SITE PROJECT & PERSONNEL MGMT

Our lead technicians serve as on-site managers to train our deployment technicians to ensure installation quality and prompt service, while MOBILE project management coordinates team movement and deployment activities daily.

COMMUNICATION

Dynamic scheduling personnel coupled with our project management staff maintain constant communication with field technicians and fleet client personnel to provide quality assurance and on-time installation delivery.

Service and Maintenance SLAs for fleets of > 1000

For larger fleet deployments we provide long term Service Level Agreements (SLA) which include preventive maintenance and/or ad hoc break-fix and trouble ticket post-deployment service response.
